I am so glad to have met Silvana and Dario. They have sold my dad''s and uncle''s bungalow in a very short time, even though it had been listed with another agency unsuccessfully for two years. Dealing with Wady Properties has been made a pleasure because they were very quick to respond to any queries and very proactive in securing a smooth sales transaction. Their office staff has also been fantastic. It feels like having friends work for and with you. Highly recommended! Looking forward to do more business with them in the future. |

I recently bought a apartment from Wady Properties. I have never felt so at ease with buying a property, The customer service i received was absolutly brillant so friendly and caring to our every need. I have recently bought an apartment through Wady Properties and all I can say is that they made look simple all the way through it without any complications or delays, and with a loan in Spain involved what made it look difficult to me. I will be completing soon and hopefully also refurbishing through them. That was brilliant!! thank you Silvana and rest of Wady staff for this initial step and a long relationship. Silvana had insisted that we made Spanish wills at the time of our initial purchase and that piece of advice has probably been the most important I have ever received. Silvana then proceeded to take me through every step that needed to be taken to put my affairs in order in Tenerife. Dealing with our property was my husband?s domain but with Wady?s support I am back on my feet again. They manage the apartments, doing everything from cleaning, airport transfers and maintenance. With Paula in the office finding me rentals and Dino out there carrying out any maintenance as it occurs I know that everything is in good hands. Words could NEVER express the kindness and care I received and continue to receive from Silvana and the Wady team. It is I who am privileged to know them! |

My husband I first met Silvana and Dario through the internet back in February 2002 when they advised us on buying an apartment off-plan. They were brilliant and very importantly ALL the advice they gave us was re-iterated by our Spanish solicitor in the UK. Silvana was also able to give us local legal information particular to Tenerife which was invaluable. We later went on to sell the apartment and purchase two more exclusively with Silvana?s support. Wady Properties then undertook the refurbishment programme of both apartments. Then tragedy struck and my husband died very suddenly in his early 50?s. |

Unlike in the UK all the Tenerife Estate Agents pretty much have all the same properties. It''s so important to find the right agent and Silvana & Dario (Wady Properties) should be top of everyones list. We have done a lot of business together now but at the beginning it was Silvana & Dario that gave us the confidence to invest in Tenerife property. As with everything there have been problems to solve over the years, but we have been given tremendous support and assistance at every juncture. In the office is Paula who handles all the rentals as well as being Silvana''s secretary. Paula is a really safe pair of hands and will do everything necessary to guarantee a perfect holiday. In fact whether you want to buy, rent or both Wady Properties is a company that you can completely trust. |

Friendly and professional service!
We purchased an apartment via Wady Properties in 2008. From the first we met Silvana and viewed some initial properties it was clear her knowledge of the local property market was superb and given with complete integrity. Silvana gave us the confidence to pursue our purchase who reassuringly managed the complete process, without difficulty or complications. Since our purchase, the team at Wady undertook a refurbishment programme of our apartment and continue to manage the apartment on a day-to-day basis. Everything from cleaning, airport transfers, maintenance and just keeping a general eye on the apartment is undertaken. Nothing is too much trouble and communications are always good. The whole team from Silvana, Dario, Paula and Dino are always welcoming whenever we return to Tenerife whilst their professionalism gives us great peace of mind when we''re back in the UK. |

After lots of research when we were looking to buy properties in Tenerife, by pure chance, we were lucky enough to find Wady Properties online. They made the process simple. They asked what we were looking for, took us to available apartments, gave us local information and after our first visit, we agreed to buy three apartments in different complexes. One was brand new and the other two needed refurbished and Wady arranged everything for that too! A year later, we purchased another apartment, again through Wady, and six years on, we are still delighted with the help we get from Paula in the office, Silvana and all the staff. They look after our maintenance, our rentals (long and short term) and our cleaning requirements . We would certainly recommend them to anyone as being UK based, we need trustworthy people in Tenerife and we consider the Wady staff as friends |

Hello It is our pleasure to let eveyone know about a purchase we did in Los Olivos- Fañabé beach, through Wady Properties, that not only they understood from the beggining exactly what we wanted, saving our previous time on the Island, but also all the process has taken place very smoothly and they had made it looks soo easy that we couldnt belive when it was all done.
